How is the price formed?
The monthly fee is based mainly on three factors: the number of monthly documents (purchase and sales invoices, bank transactions), the number of employees on payroll, and whether the company is VAT-registered. We talk through your company's needs and make a personal quote within one business day — a fixed monthly fee that we agree before we start and that has no hidden charges.

Is there a minimum monthly fee?
Yes, we have a minimum monthly fee, but in practice we rarely use it. Almost always the price is formed directly from your company's actual workload, so you pay exactly for what you need.
Which accounting software do you use?
We recommend the cloud-based Merit software, which suits most small and medium-sized businesses. If you already use another solution, such as Directo, we're happy to keep working in the program you're used to.
Does the price include filing declarations?
Yes. The monthly service includes preparing and filing the necessary declarations (VAT return, payroll-tax return) and reports on time.
Can I get the service as a one-off?
You can. With our on-demand service we prepare, for example, the annual report or tidy up your existing accounting, without an ongoing monthly fee.
How does the price change as the company grows?
The price grows only with your company's actual volume. If documents or employees are added, we review the monthly fee and agree a new one transparently.
