2. What data we collect
When you send us an enquiry via the website's contact form, we collect the following data: your name, email address, company name (if you provide it) and the content of your message. The website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
3. What we use the data for
We use the data submitted via the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
4. Data transfer and retention
Contact-form messages are delivered to us by email via the Resend (resend.com) service, which acts as a processor. The data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to respond and to begin possible cooperation, but no longer than two years.
5. Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we process about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to the processing. To do so, write to tere@digifinants.ee. If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
